‌The Gyeonggi Creation Center was built on the site which was used as exile and the area surrounding the center was the concentration camp during the Japanese colonial period.
The captives of the camp worked as salt miners, but due to the cruel treatment, many of them including the children died at the site and buried under. To commemorate the dead, the artist installed tall wire walls on each side. The temperature of the space was intentionally and dramatically lowered. The whistle which was attached to the air-condition unit was constantly making sound. The space reflected the hostility. The installation attempted the change of the atmosphere of the space by using object like material which was easily changeable and removable.
